Houghton Planning is led by Paul Houghton who is a chartered town planner and a member of the
Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI). Paul has over 30 years' experience including at senior level in a wide range of planning disciplines in both the public and private sectors.
He has project managed and secured planning permissions for numerous rural, tourism, housing, retail, commercial, office, industrial, mixed use, residential and renewables developments over the years.
Paul is supported by Mark McGleish and Lee Houghton.
Mark has also worked in the planning and property sector for over 30 years in both the public and private sectors providing planning and property advice to a wide range of clients.
Lee is a landscape consultant who has 25 years experience in landscape architecture.
